Refund Policy
Lusso Equestrian Apparel is committed to ensuring our customer's satisfaction. We hope that you love our products, but if you do wish to return items we are happy to help you through this process. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns:
1. Please email info@lussoequestrianapparel.com to start your return.
2. Please ensure that you include your order number inside the package.
You will responsible for covering your own shipping costs so please ensure that you use suitable packaging as damaged items will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage and if you are returning items over £50 we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service. We will not be responsible for any items lost in the post, customs or import duties for returns and exchanges.
Please note that all items must be unused and in the original condition that you received it in this includes all tags being attached and the original packaging.
Refunds:
Once we have received and reviewed the items, you will automatically receive an email informing you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
For approved refunds, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Sale Items:
Sale items are not subject to refunds or exchanges, this includes any items that were purchased with discount codes or gift cards.
